A one hour pregnancy exercise classes that have been carefully designed
with the wellbeing of both you and bub in mind.
They are the perfect way to safely maintain fitness and strengthen the body whilst still respecting the changes that accompany pregnancy. Exercise during pregnancy has been shown to reduce the risk of pregnancy-related complications such as gestational diabetes, improve pelvic and lower back pain, lower the risk of labour complications and enhance
mood by reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

WhAT WE FOCUS ON
The classes have a specific focus on the pelvic-floor and lower abdominals. Your pre- exercise assessment includes an individualised real-time ultrasound assessment of these
muscles to ensure you are engaging them correctly, as well as a screen of any bladder, bowel and musculoskeletal problems. With a maximum of 8 participants, you can be rest assured that you will receive the upmost care and attention during your pregnancy journey.
Before commencing these classes you are required to have an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists to ensure you can safely participate in the class and so we understand the goals you would like to achieve.
