Caitlin Hagdorn
Pilates Physiotherapist
Caitlin has been an Advanced Gymnastics Coach for over six years at Swan Districts Gymnastics and has had experience with the Western Force, Carlton Football Club, and the Western Australian Cricket Association. She is currently putting her skills to use with Kalamunda Rugby Union Club as club physio.
Caitlin is passionate about finding the best treatment for each individual person to not only relieve pain, but to improve strength, mobility, balance, and general function.
Susan Kingston
Pilates Physiotherapist
Susan has a broad range of experience treating musculoskeletal and sporting conditions. She is passionate about helping her clients to find long term solutions to pain and injury using the latest evidence-based treatment and exercise techniques. Her treatments combine manual therapy, soft tissue work, acupuncture, and individualised exercise programs including clinical pilates.
Outside of work, Susan is a busy mum of 3 beautiful children. She loves the outdoors, keeping fit and coffee catch ups!

- Managing neck and shoulder pain
Simone Moles
Pilates Physiotherapist
Simone’s main goal is to help her clients become stronger and more active to assist in them returning to the things they love, whether that be gardening, sports, work, fishing or anything else, as quick as possible. Simone has also completed extra studies in Clinical Pilates and takes Studio Pilates classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
Outside of work, Simone spends most of her time coaching and playing netball at KDNA. She also enjoys getting out into the sunshine with friends and her puppy Millie.
Paige Rylands
Pilates Physiotherapist
Paige has previously worked as a sports trainer gaining experience with acute injuries and rehab in the sports setting. Paige also has a keen interest in the management and prevention of injuries via Pilates, running both studio and mat classes in the clinic.
Outside of work, Paige enjoys travelling and keeping active playing netball, hiking and sweating it out in the gym.

Caris Savin
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Caris graduated from Curtin University in 2013 with a Graduate Entry Masters in Physiotherapy after completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science.
Throughout her years treating, Caris has discovered her true passion – Pelvic Health! In 2019, she was awarded a Master in Continence and Women’s Health from Curtin University for which she was the top graduate.
Having danced herself for over 20 years, Caris has transferred her love of movement to Clinical Pilates. She not only instructs Studio classes at the clinic, but also trains and mentors other physiotherapists though our intensive Clinical Pilates training program.
When she’s not in the clinic, she loves to spend time with her loved ones and her two gorgeous Staffys.

Izabela Wojtasik
Pilates Physiotherapist
Izabela has been dancing for over 12 years and has travelled nationally to perform.
She also enjoys the field of performing arts and has participated in a few stage shows within community theatre.

Amy Zappavigna
Pilates Physiotherapist
Amy has integrated her clinical skills and Pilates knowledge into treating and managing her client’s injuries. She enjoys getting people active and on the right path to achieving their fitness and functional goals.
In her spare time, Amy is training for her next triathlon or running around the field umpiring amateur football.

Anita Folini **away on maternity leave**
Senior Physiotherapist
Over the many years that Anita has worked at Midland Physiotherapy, she has enjoyed treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, namely postural, sporting, movement control and chronic pain related issues. She has developed a passion for Clinical Pilates rehabilitation and has vast experience with instructing both studio and mat classes, along with mentoring Pilates Physiotherapists through their extensive training program.
Outside of work, Anita enjoys overseas adventures and is obsessed with all things tennis! She has played high-level pennants for many seasons, and has combined travel opportunities with her love of the sport to visit the Australian Open, French Open and US Open… Which leaves Wimbledon on the wish list!
